Unless otherwise noted these items ship out of our warehouse within 5 business days. Once shipped please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. No signature is required for items shipped via FedEx or UPS. Items ordered together are not always shipped in the same box, please carefully inspect the products for any damages upon delivery. 

 FURNITURE

Unless otherwise noted, all over-sized furniture items will ship via a third-party freight carrier from the order date. Once the order has shipped transit times can be 3-5 weeks for home delivery.  Please carefully inspect the product for any damages, including taking photos of any damages or imperfections. 

White glove delivery service includes delivery of the shipment inside the room of your choice, unpacking and assembly of the items and debris removal. If you would like this upgraded service please call our office upon placing your order to do so.

Unless otherwise noted all in-stock items will ship from the manufacturer in 1-2 weeks. You will receive tracking information at the time of shipping and transit times can take up to 10 business days. Please carefully inspect all items for damages and imperfections upon arrival and send them to customer service immediately.

CUSTOM ART COLLECTION

All items are made to order and shipped from our manufacturer in 4-6 weeks. Once the item has shipped transit time can take up to ten business days and the freight carrier will call to schedule your delivery. You must be present to provied a signature at the time of delivery. Please carefully inspect all items for any damages and imperfections and report them to customer service immediately.  All sales are final on this collection.

We will update you on backorder/s.  *Please note that these items can’t be cancelled once the order has been sent to our manufacturer.  We work to check on these items and keep you up to date. Unfortunately, popular and new introductory items have longer lead times.  These items are worth the wait.
