No signature is required for items shipped via FedEx or UPS. Items ordered together are not always shipped in the same box, please carefully inspect the products for any damages upon delivery.

Unless otherwise noted, all over-sized furniture items will ship via a third-party freight carrier from the order date. Once the order has shipped transit times can be 3-5 weeks for home delivery.  Please carefully inspect the product for any damages, including taking photos of any damages or imperfections. 

White glove delivery service includes delivery of the shipment inside the room of your choice, unpacking and assembly of the items and debris removal. If you would like this upgraded service please call our office upon placing your order to do so.

You will receive tracking information at the time of shipping and transit times can take up to 10 business days. CUSTOM ART COLLECTION

All items are made to order and shipped from our manufacturer in 4-6 weeks. Once the item has shipped transit time can take up to ten business days and the freight carrier will call to schedule your delivery. You must be present to provied a signature at the time of delivery. Please carefully inspect all items for any damages and imperfections and report them to customer service immediately.  All sales are final on this collection.
