Unless otherwise specified, all furniture items will ship via a third-party freight carrier from the order date. After shipment, delivery may take 4-8 weeks. Please inspect the product carefully for any damages and take photos of any defects or imperfections. All sales are final on this collection.

We offer white glove delivery service, which includes inside delivery to your chosen room, unpacking, assembly, and debris removal.

Unless otherwise stated, in-stock items will ship from the manufacturer in 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information when your item(s) ship and transit times may take up to 10 business days. Please inspect the items carefully upon arrival for damages or imperfections and report them to customer service right away. All sales are final on this collection.

CUSTOM ART COLLECTION

All items are made to order and will be shipped from our manufacturer within 5-8 weeks. After shipment, delivery may take up to 10 business days and the freight carrier will call to schedule the delivery.

You must be present to sign for the delivery. Upon arrival, carefully inspect all items for any damages or imperfections and report them to customer service immediately.  All sales are final on this collection.

DÉCOR & LINENS

Unless otherwise noted, in-stock items ship out of our warehouse within 5 business days. Once shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. No signature is required for shipments sent via FedEx or UPS. Please note that items ordered together may be shipped in separate packages, and we recommend inspecting each product for damages upon arrival. All sales are final on this collection.
